Agar Agar
Agar Agar is derived from seaweed and acts as gelling agent and stabiliser. While it serves a similar purpose to gelatine, it’s a natural, vegetarian alternative that works just as well as any gelatine counterpart.
Fruitaric Acid
Fruitaric acid enhances fruit flavour, while also softening the flavour by counteracting the natural tartness of fruit. This allows you to balance the level of tartness and achieve the best possible flavour that lasts a long time. In addition, fruitaric acid allows you to maintain the sugar/acid balance for an extended period of time.
Oleoresins
Oleoresins are a highly viscous material, extracted from a natural source. Often blended with a natural vegetable oil, these products can be declared as “natural”–and because they are highly concentrated, you require low dosages which helps save on production costs.
